How to know if you are healthy/cured?

A normal person must have six physiological phenomena occurring every day. These are also the six major health standards set by traditional Chinese medicine:

1st: Sleeping through the night.

Sleeping through the night every day without insomnia or waking up in the middle of the night for no reason. Of course, some things may bother you, such as arguing with your husband and considering divorce, which will naturally prevent you from sleeping, and this is normal.

2nd: Normal appetite.

A normal appetite is not overeating, but rather eating a normal amount of food and feeling satisfied. It's not about eating a lot and still wanting to eat more. A normal appetite means not overeating, nor lacking appetite; food is enjoyed, and there are normal feelings of fullness and hunger at each of the three meals a day.

3rd: The first thing you do every morning after waking up is to defecate, and only eat breakfast after that.

If you don't have a bowel movement first thing every morning, you should pay attention.

4th: You urinate five to seven times a day, with a large volume and a pale yellow color.

Urinating five to seven times a day is normal; less urination is natural in summer due to increased sweating, and more in winter due to less sweating. The urine should be a pale, clear yellow color.

5th: Your head and body are always cool, while your hands and feet are warm.

All year round, regardless of whether you are in the north or south, you always have to keep your feet uncovered while sleeping each night. If you try to cover yourself with a blanket, it gets unbearably hot. You constantly feel your head and face are cold, while your hands and feet are warm.

6th: Every morning upon waking, there's a "Yang" reaction.

Men experience an erection, and women feel their breasts become very sensitive. Both men and women experience this; it's called the morning "Yang" reaction. Women's breasts are very sensitive when they wake up in the morning, and men's penises become erect.
